- Residential Interior Design: When creating an interior space I like to consider the way my client’s senses respond to specific design details. Whether I’m designing a whole house, or a single room, the basic design principles still apply. It’s a collaborative effort that begins with the client.
- Flooring Design & Installation: Although the floor is often the single biggest element of a room, it often gets overlooked. Floors set the stage, the foundation for your design. I help clients identify thoughtful flooring selections, balancing function and style.
- Specialty Furnishings & Accessories: As a designer, I often create custom furnishings and accessories for my clients. This creative process allows me to create “just the right piece” to customize a space. I currently have a number of 100% original, meticulously restored, vintage chairs available for sale. - New Construction & Remodeling: Building a new home, or remodeling an existing one, can be an overwhelming task. Prior planning is key. Design elements in everyday living can get lost in the architecture. I help clients foresee possible design and material selection mistakes before they are made.
- Real Estate Staging: We are all aware of the difficulties in selling real estate in today’s market. If your home is for sale in this competitive environment, it’s critical to differentiate it from the others. I can help you cost effectively accentuate the positive features of your home, while at the same time minimize its liabilities.
- Rental Furnishings: In today’s busy work climate there are temporary needs to furnish a corporate apartment or transitional housing. I’ve worked with families to provide rental furnishings that were coordinated and accessorized that gave their families a place to feel at home. Even temporary housing can be elegant.
